A BBQ Grill, Picnic Table, Campfire Pit are beside the house. Horse shoes and a Volley Ball Net make is fun for the young at heart. Clear deep water allows for either fishing or swimming. The two rope swings make it fun for the whole family. 15 minutes East of Garner State Park & 2 miles West of Utopia, Texas.
